Since August 10, 2011, our coffee has been recognized with a ‘Denominación de Origen’
This recognition defines our coffee as a jewel with intense and caramelized aromas and fragrances, high acidity, medium body, and a balanced overall impression. It is clean, smooth, and presents sweet and floral notes that make it irresistible. These characteristics place our product in the sights of global markets.
The central, eastern, southern, and northern regions of Cauca encompass 31 municipalities where farming, indigenous, Afro-descendant, and mestizo families, either by tradition or motivated by biodiversity, are dedicated to coffee cultivation and harvest.
Cauca Excellence Coffee offers Exotic Specialties, considering physical sensory analysis, hulling, roasting, grinding, and the exclusivity of its packaging. Each cup is a unique experience that reflects the passion and dedication of our people.
